Credits and subscriptions

Generation uses credits according to the selected model and settings; check the displayed amount before submitting. Registration gifts depend on verification, eligibility and availability, and expire one day after issuance. Current subscription allocations are issued monthly and expire after 30 days, including allocations under annually billed plans. Purchased one-time credit packages are valid for 365 days. Check the pricing page and your account for the applicable allowance and expiry. These descriptions do not reset credits or change previously granted entitlements. Purchase refunds follow our Refund Policy; the return of credits for a failed generation is a separate process.

Use of Services

Our AI video and image generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI processing will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific expectations.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and Creative Assets

You retain all rights to any images, prompts, or other assets you upload for AI video and image generation. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and render your assets using our available models and features. We store assets as necessary to provide generation, history, and downloads. Specific retention and deletion rules depend on the actual service and applicable policies.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our AI video and image generation services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload prompts, images, or videos that contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI technology
• Use our services to create deepfakes or misleading video or image content without proper disclosure
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Misuse our available features or model outputs for commercial purposes beyond your subscription tier

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
